Mallewear.com has the sole discretion to determine whether an order has been processed or not, and customers agree to accept our decision regarding cancellations.

6. AUTOMATED CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BY MALLEWEAR.COM
Mallewear.com may cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • If the stock is unavailable or the order has not been processed within 15 business days from the order date.
  • If the provided pin code is not serviceable.
  • If the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, and no response is received after 2 emails within 3 business days.
  • If the order is pending for more than 15 business days.
  • If there are issues with the logistics partner, resulting in a return of the product.

In such cases, Mallewear.com reserves the right to cancel the order and may refund the payment accordingly.
