Return & Refund Policy

At Mallé, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return based on the guidelines below.

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered
  • The product must match the original order

Please note that all items undergo strict quality checks before dispatch, and returned items will be inspected again when received.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products that do not match the original order
  • Items purchased through promotional offers or discount deals
  • Items lost during return transit

International Orders

At the moment, international orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

All international shipments undergo additional quality checks before dispatch to ensure they meet export standards. If you face any issues with an international order, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a quality inspection.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–15 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
