What is Mallé?

Mallé is a contemporary clothing brand that celebrates bold colour, playful design, and expressive everyday wear. Our pieces are designed to feel easy, confident, and a little unexpected. It’s clothing that stands out while still being comfortable enough to live in.

Who founded Mallé?

Mallé was founded in 2025 by Mallika Reddy, an architect who comes from a background in design and branding. Mallé grew from her interest in combining visual storytelling, art, and fashion into something playful and accessible. Even our name is derived from hers.

Where are Mallé products made?

All Mallé products are designed in India and produced in collaboration with trusted manufacturing partners. We work closely with our partners to ensure quality, consistency, and responsible production practices.

What sizes do you offer?

Mallé pieces are designed with relaxed, comfortable fits. Most styles run a bit oversized and are available in multiple sizes to suit different body types. You can refer to the size guide on each product page to find the best fit for you.

How should I care for my Mallé products?

To keep your Mallé pieces looking their best, we recommend gentle machine washing in cold water and drying in shade. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach, and always check the care label on your garment for specific instructions.

How do I place an order?

Easy! Just browse our products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, Netbanking, Paytm, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

What if my payment fails?

Nothing to worry about. Double-check your payment details and balance. If that doesn’t work, try another method or contact your bank. If issues continue, we’re here to help!

I didn't get an order confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Drop us a message and we’ll get it sorted.

 

3. Discounts, Coupons & Offers

Do first-time customers get a discount?

Yes! First-time customers automatically get ₹250 OFF on their first purchase.

How do I apply a coupon code?

Enter your code in the “Apply Coupon” field during checkout.

Help! My coupon isn’t working.

Check the coupon terms (expiry, minimum order value, etc.). If it still doesn’t apply, contact customer support.

Where can I find the latest offers?

You can check our homepage for the latest offers. Or better yet, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to make sure you don’t miss out!

Do you offer bulk-order discounts?

Yes, we do. Drop us an email for bulk pricing details.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we ship pan-India.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within India is FREE. Rates for international shipping are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer express / urgent delivery?

Yes, you can opt for express shipping at checkout, at an additional charge. Express delivery can be as fast as 2 days depending on location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders typically take 10-15 business days to be delivered.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

 

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn and in original condition.

What is your refund policy?

Once you return a product, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Are any products not eligible for return?

Customized items and sale products are not eligible.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Visit the Returns section on our website or contact customer support. We’ll guide you through the process.

How long does it take to process returns?

Once we receive your item, give us 5–7 business days to get everything sorted out.

 

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Is COD available?

Yes, COD is offered for select pincodes. You’ll see the option during checkout if it’s available for you. 

How do refunds work on COD orders?

Refunds for COD orders will be processed after the returned item is received. It will be credited to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.

Can I pay by credit card upon delivery?

Most COD deliveries are cash-only, but please confirm with the delivery agent if card payment is possible.

 

7. Stock & Restocks

Do you restock sold-out products?

Sometimes! However, the restock timelines may vary. Use the “Notify Me” button on product pages or reach out to customer support for updates.
