Switching to a different product? Any price difference will be charged or refunded automatically during the process.

Policy Summary

  • Returns must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • A pickup will be scheduled via Delhivery — no need to drop off yourself.
  • Refunds are processed only after the item passes Quality Check (QC).
  • Exchange shipments are dispatched after QC approval and (if applicable) payment confirmation.
  • Sale items are eligible for size exchanges only — no refunds.
